Cancellation Policy

• You may at any time cancel your payments to Deals Locally Limited, and from the time and date of the cancellation, no more funds will be debited from your card.

Free Advertising Promotion

This promotion is run by Deals Locally and is subject to the following terms and conditions, and all participants will be deemed to have accepted and to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions:

• This promotion (“Promotion”) is open to anyone who has seen the Promotion code on  Advertise with Us within the United Kingdom from August 8th, 2007 and until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

• The Promotion shall entitle Participants to get free advertising with Deals Locally from the date the Participant registers and places an advert during the Promotion Period specified above.

• Participants will need to redeem their Promotion code on the Deals Locally website and follow the relevant instructions given after they register. Once the Promotion has been successfully redeemed, Participant’s advert will be posted on the Deals Locally website for free.

• The monetary amount provided is equivalent to approximately £120 worth of advertising with Deals Locally for 1 Year. Deals Locally may vary this rate.

• Only the adverts already created during the Promotion Period will remain free after the Promotion ends.

• Participant's special offer(s) advertised must be of genuine nature, provide money saving opportunity or/and give extra value.

• Participant's special offer(s) must be of local nature, and not only be available online.

• Participants must regularly update their special offer(s) to ensure that their advert(s) are still relevant.

• Participants are allowed to create multiple adverts in multiple locations as long as you provide accurate contact details and special offer descriptions.

• Participant's special offer(s) must be located in the United Kingdom.

• Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate removal of all Participant's advert(s) and cancellation of their account.

• Deals Locally reserves the right to suspend, shorten or extend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time.

• To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Deals Locally shall not be liable in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by the user resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion.

• Deals Locally reminds users of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect access to the Promotion.

• Although Deals Locally will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Promotion ("Promotional Material") is accurate, Deals Locally will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the Promotional Material.
